Emmanuel Bible College
One of the things that I am excited about this year is the opportunity to teach New Testament at Emmanuel Bible College. EBC is a great school in Kitchener, Ontario, not too far from where I live. I have known a number of people who have graduated from EBC and speak very highly about their experience. I do not hear as much these days about people attending Bible College. People seem to be in a big hurry to get their careers started and want “practical” training from a secular college or university. To be honest, I can’t think of anything more practical than learning about God and being equipped for ministry. Even if you are not planning on being a pastor, Bible College training will help you to be a greater help in your congregation. If you are interested in being a pastor, Bible College is a great way to prepare for seminary. I have heard from leaders in seminary that Bible College graduates tend to do better in seminary. If you are considering theological training, I would recommend that you check out Emmanuel Bible College.
