Getting Ready for Camp
For much of the day, the girls have been excited about going to “sleep away” camp. Justus will be going as well. This will be the first time they will be going away without mom and dad or nana and papa. We are probably as nervous as they are.
This is a Christian camp and I have heard from so many people my age about the impact that camp on their faith. This was not my experience but I am glad that it will be a part of theirs. They will have a chance for new experiences and new friends. It should be a great time for them.
So off they will go tomorrow. Amanda packed for them this morning and I will be rolling their sleeping bags as soon as I am done with this post. Such and exciting time for them.
