Good News: A New Opportunity
No, I have not quit one of my jobs. And no, I didn’t get another job. Not exactly. But I have been offered a position on the editorial board for the Canadian Journal of Autism Equity.
This journal came on my radar a number of months ago when I was researching autism journals. one of the things that I appreciated about the CJAE is their commitment to including autistic voices.
This journal is connected with McMaster University and the Autism Alliance of Canada, two organizations that I have connections with as well.
This is a perfect for me, as I have an interest in journals, have experience in editing, and am committed to autism advocacy. I also like that it is fairly small time commitment will not interrupt my work as a pastor and chaplain.
I was very happy to receive this offer and it is indeed Good News.
