Good News: Enjoying Our Province
We have lived in Nova Scotia now for almost a year and a half. As soon as we arrived here, we were struck by the beauty of this province.
While we have seen some amazing things already, we have only scratched the surface. On the weekend, Amanda and I visited a new place: Burncoat Head Park.
We were able to walk out at low tide onto the floor of the Atlantic Ocean. It was incredible to see what the coming in and going out of the tide has done to the land.
Amanda and I walked around and just took in the natural beauty. It was exactly what both of us needed. It didn’t cost us anything but the gas to get there and yet it was one of the most enjoyable times we have had in a long time.
It is moments like this that remind me that there is indeed Good News to be thankful for.
