Good News: Learning a Language
One of my long-term goals has been to learn another language. I am able to read (pretty well) Greek and Hebrew but I also would like to learn a modern language or two.
I have gone through some books but have not had much luck. That got me looking into an app that would help me work at a language.
I stumbled on Duolingo, an app that my children use at school. I started learning French and then eventually added German just to keep things interesting.
I’m definitely not fluent in either language but I have a better understanding of French particularly than I ever had. Things are starting to make sense.
Yesterday, I completed 365 days in a row doing lessons on Duolingo. That felt good. If you are interested in learning a language, Duoling might be a helpful tool.
