Nazareth and Jesus
One of the criticisms that sometimes come up against the historical reliability of the New Testament is the suggestion that Jesus lived in Nazareth. The problem, according to some critics, is that Nazareth was not even an inhabited town at the time of Jesus. This claim has been questionable for some time.
