See: Season Two – Review

I really like the premise of See. It is a post-apocalyptic world in which the majority of the world is blind. Society has gotten accustomed to life without sight and people who can see are considered witches and people to be hunted down.
The series follows one family: a pair of siblings with sight, their mother who unknown to them is the sister of a queen, and their step-father who is a powerful warrior. The family got separated in the first season and this season works toward their reunion.
I generally like this season because the premise is so interesting. But there were things that I didn’t like. The queen is particularly disturbing, something that was hinted at in the previous season. It gets worse this season as she seduces her nephew in order to get pregnant with alighted child.
However, there were other things that were good. The development of the world and how the various communities interested was intriguing. I will also say that the season finale featured an epic battle that was as good as most action movies.
If you like the post-apocalyptic genre, you probably will like See.
