Star Trek Voyager: Season Six – Review

I found the penultimate season of Voyager to be a mixed bag. It was okay but not great, a mix of good and average episodes.
This was probably one of the more character-driven seasons. I appreciate characterization but at times it got boring. Some of the episodes did not hold my attention.
Seven of Nine was one of the main characters. One of the major events was the discovery of the Borg children. Those episodes reminded me a lot of the Next Generation.
Even the return of Kes and the conclusion of her story was a disappointment. It felt like it had much more potential.
I did think that the season finale/cliffhanger was good. However, I noticed that the Borg are not quite as terrifying in Voyager as they were in the Next Generation.
As we move into the final season, I am hoping for some solid episodes to conclude the season.
