Good News: Catching My Rhythm
The things that disrupt my mental health are not just things that are clearly stressful. Often what really affects me is when I get out of routine and can’t seem to find my way. It’s not about being too busy but about not getting the important tasks completed and feeling the burden of what needs to be done.
To be fair, there are things outside of my control. When there is a major storm, and we have had a number, I get out of my routine and just feel out of sorts.
However, I have felt like I am starting to catch my rhythm. I am not quite where I want to be but I see myself moving in the right direction. I am working on developing some practices and habits for me to keep my routine sustainable.
My goal is not to dramatically improve productivity but rather to use my time wisely in such a way that I am faithful with the time given to me and that my schedule is life-giving.
This is Good News.
