Good News: Taken Care Of
This past week was my first week back at the church after taking a month off. I was happy to go back but there was one difficulty: my wife Amanda is recovering from a concussion. This was going to be a lot to land on her plate.
That is where the good people of Queen Street Baptist Church come in. Last week, various people from the congregation provided a meal for our family every night. This was a tremendous blessing.
This was a reminder of what great people they are. By the way, this is not just because I am the pastor. I am aware of times people in the congregation have done the same thing for others.
Our world needs a church that talks the talk and walks the walk. QSBC is one of those churches.
