Parents and Autism
Some research has demonstrated that parents of children with autism often also have some autistic traits. I did not need a research study to tell me that. I see all sorts of autistic traits in myself. While I won’t go into details, I see many things in common between myself and Logan and Abby. I have toyed with the idea of having myself checked for Asperger’s. I have heard many stories that parents have been diagnosed after their children were. Either way, it is true that parents and children have similar traits.
