Saturday is Family Day
As I have mentioned before, Saturdays really are my favourite day of the week. This is the day Logan and Abby come for a visit. It is so good to have them here. I love listening to Abby sing and watching Logan play around on the iPad. I also get to see glimpses of the relationship between them. Logan won’t do it when I am watching but he will gently put his hand on her back when he thinks I’m not watching.
I also love watching Emma’s relationship with Logan. She made sure to climb on his back, something that both of them love. Faith struggles the most with Logan and Abby. But when Logan was doing a funk remix of the Veggie Tales them song on my iPad, Logan had Faith in stitches. On the ride to take Logan back, I heard Justus saying, “Hey buddy” and I looked back to see them hugging.
After Logan and Abby were gone, the fun kept going. I went out with the Justus, Emma and Faith and we played with Halo. We had blast getting Halo tired out with the ball and frisbee. These are the kinds of things that really make my day. I love my family.
