The Disability Comes to Church Podcast
One of the areas that is most important to me is the intersection of faith and disabilities. I hear from may churches that are struggling with how to welcome and include people with disabilities.
For that reason, I have started a new podcast called Disability Comes to Church. They are generally short episodes that look at various issues related to disabilities and the church.
Some of the episodes will be my own reflections on disabilities and some will be interviews with people involved in disability ministry or theology.
I hope you will check out the Disability Comes to Church podcast and that you will share it with your friends.

I was born with Trisomy X I’m HF autistic, ADHD, and have Chiari I Malformation. In 2021 I had 3 brain surgeries that caused major damages to my cerebellum, hydrocephalus, and my right leg to be paralyzed. I used to be a teacher, I knew my purpose and I taught 2 years after my surgery but, my brain began to fail me. While many days I can process some I can’t and others I lose words. Where I was intellectual; now I struggle to know the alphabet. I know God has a plan for me; but, where? I can no longer drive, work nor can I walk fully; so, I sit and watch tv. How could God use someone who can’t process, can’t show up, can’t balance or see very well?
