What Does a Pastor Actually Do?
Pastors have it easy, they only work one day a week. Except the reality is that many pastors work seven days a week, even if they are not in the office.
In this episode, I share some of what the average week of a pastor may look like. I understand that every pastoral role is different and a pastor of a megachurch would have much different job description. Still, many pastors would experience at least some variation of what I share here.
