Birthday Reflections
Yesterday I turned 47. That is not a major birthday, as I am saving my anxiety for 50. Having said that, this happens to be a turning point in my life.
In less than a week, we will be moving to St. Catharines, which is our hometown. After seventeen years, I will be home. This will be a major change.
I am also looking at a potential change of employment. Nothing is concrete at this moment but the beginning of 2016 should look significantly different than 2015.
This past year has also been a year of self-discovery about who I am and the events that have led to me to this stage of life.
I am feeling optimistic about the future and I am looking forward to seeing what the coming months have for me and my family.
