Good News: A Great Week at Camp
This past week was a lot of fun. I had the opportunity to spend the week at Oneida Baptist Camp. Not only did I get to enjoy the camp, I was able to spend time with family there.
Because of the pandemic, they have not been able to do their regular programming. So they decided to rent out cabins to families, allowing families to do what they wanted with their time.
I got to go out onto Lake Erie with a paddle board, kayak and canoe. It was so much fun. It is a small little private beach and so that added to the relaxation.

This was not even a vacation week for me. I was able to do some work from the cabin or on my phone on the grounds of the camp. I was able to do all of the church work I needed plus some army chaplain stuff.
One of the best parts was the fact that our son is working at the camp this summer. It was his job to serve our food and clean our toilets. It was glorious!
I’m thankful for the ministry of Camp Oneida and for the opportunity to spend time there.
