Good News: When News Does Not Seem Good
I share a weekly Good News post. This is meant to be a reminder to me that there is always something to be thankful for. It is sometimes easier to find the Good News than at other times.
This past week was not great. In fact there have been a few significant challenges. I am not going to share the details here.
I could easily just conclude that there is no Good News this week. But that would be incorrect.
I had numerous people over the past few days check in with me. There have been phone calls, texts, and Facebook messages from people who care.
Those messages do not change the life circumstances but knowing that people care does make a difference. I’m thankful for so many people in my life, some that I have known for a long time and some more recent.
