Relaxing With a Book
What does one do on a holiday? Many would look to do a special outing. But I am an introvert and I look for something different.
As I look at things that I am thankful for, one would definitely the opportunity to relax with a good book.
Today was a beautiful summer day. It was sunny and warm but not too hot. Amanda and I sat outside on our deck. Amanda had her knitting and I had a book.
That might sound boring to many but for me, it was refreshing. I am energized by being able to relax with a good book.
I am thankful for this opportunity and I will continue to enjoy these times in the future.
