Of the considerations that have stopped it, one is the fascinating and moving view provided by the sonogram, and another is the survival of ‘premature’ babies of feather-like weight, who have achieved ‘viability’ outside the womb. … The words ‘unborn child,’ even when used in a politicized manner, describe a material reality.”

This is a very insightful comment from a noted atheist about the abortion. I think, in this case, his materialistic view of life, helped him to come to that conclusion.

When I was an atheist, I was also pro-life. My thought was that if this life is the only thing there is, everyone should get a shot at it.
I have met pro-lifers who have been atheists so that makes sense. In the fight for life in the unborn, we need all the soldiers we can get. Thanks again.
