Godspeed: The Pace of Being Known
A friend of mine pointed me toward a documentary called Godspeed: The Pace of Being Known. It is about an American pastor who relearns what ministry looks like during his time in small villages in Scotland.

The documentary includes interviews with Eugene Peterson and N.T. Wright. I found it to be a powerful lesson of the ministry that God calls pastors to. Not that other training doesn’t have its place, but there is a need to slow down rather than to ramp up productivity.
If you are a pastor or considering it, I highly recommend that you watch Godspeed.
